Sichuan, the way it
should taste.

Cooking Girl started in Houston with a stubborn belief: a great plate of mapo tofu shouldn't be hard to find. A decade and ten locations later, our kitchens still hand-fold every dumpling, toast every Sichuan peppercorn, and finish every wok with the same restless attention.

This year we're crossing the country for the first time — plating the house in Sharon, MA.
